Ans – Nelson Mandela talks about two obligations. The first obligation is his family, his parents, his wife, and children. The second obligation is for his people, community, and his country. He says that in a civil society each one of us should fulfill these two obligations. He regrets that during the era of oppression no one in South Africa could fulfill these obligations. Any person who tried to live like a human, was punished. Nelosn Mandela was isolated from his family as well as society. So he could not fulfill these obligations.
