What made the woman in the control centre look at the narrator strangely?

Answer – After landing, the narrator asked about the mysterious Aeroplane that had guided him in dark black clouds. But actually, no such Aeroplane was there on the radar. The lady doesn't know anything about that Aeroplane. So, when narrator ask about second Aeroplane, the women look at narrator strangely.
