Making of Curd and Bread: Curd Contains many Kind of Microorganisms Which are Beneficial for us. These Microorganisms are Bacterium, Lactobacillus and Yeast are Some Microorganisms Form Them. Bread Contains Yeast Microorganism.

Fermentation: Conversion of Sugar into Alcohol by Yeast is Called Fermentation.
